As you probably could've guessed I was nowhere near completing this game and I even went 1 hour and 30 minutes over the time limit. I'm a little disappointed in myself but at the same time I did learn a lot by doing this. 3 hours is not a lot of time and I definitely overestimated my own abilities going into this. Note to self: Don't try to implement a turn based, random encounter system in a game in less than 3 hours. All in all I'm glad I did this and I really hope to have a fully functioning game the next time around.

The game was built with a love2D and a raycaster I created prior to the jam.

Pretty cool game. I liked it. I have always wanted to make a raycaster but always failed. Stupid geometry... What a shame you didn't have enough time to complete the game in time, wishing you luck for the next time!

Thanks! Making a raycaster has been a thing I've wanted to do for years now but I've never realised how difficult it is. It was definitely worth programming though.

I'll try and use the raycaster in next week's jam though, need to make a smaller game though, maybe more of an FPS or maze game?

I’m really excited to play the game next week. Good luck!

Just realised I forgot to change the .conf file... oh well
